Grand Theater For Sale in Springfield Area

The historic Grand Theater outside of Springfield, Massachusetts is for sale. The former single screen movie theater may have been used as a church recently since its real estate listing denotes a “stage and pulpit” inside the auditorium.

the 10,000 sq.-foot building contains a 500-seat theater, a “grand foyer, concession area, stage and pulpit,” along with offices, dressing rooms, storage areas, and a third floor with 3,500 square feet of space. The property also includes 6,600 square feet of land.

Asking price: $249,000.
