Portland, Oregon Theater for sale

My theater, The Mt. Tabor Theater is for sale if anyone is looking for one :)
I have the original plans for when it was built in 1913. Pretty cool stuff with the actual back drops and music pit. This place has some amazing details built in. Also, the original seats are in the attic where there are the old projectors, like it stood still in time.

Has anyone checked the pictures of the Mt. Tabor Theater on the website cinematour ? This place is a dump. Unless it has been remodeled since those pictures were taken.

My wife and I recently bought the theatre in Needles, Ca after it sat vacant for 15 years after a devastating fire. Someone, showing a lack of wisdom, pulled/got rid of all the seats because of the water damage to them from fire suppression. We’re looking for historic seating. Any chance of getting the seats you have?
