Classic Denver, Colorado Theater being put up for sale. Recently refurbished. Eight years left on lease- (only $2600 per month). Dance Cabaret liquor license included. Music venue/movies/Comedy.
Looking for investor or sale. $400,000 (or $200k for 49% ownership.)

If you’re leasing the property, I guess the sale is of the business only. It would be nice to know the name of the theatre and the number of seats and possibly some pictures.

Why all the mystery and intrigue?
There is no mystery nor intrigue just a lack of information.
I have never seen anyone discussing a deal who didn’t give out basic info like contact name or property location.
It is sort of like my old boss saying: “Call Company X and get their pricing so we know what the competition is doing. Tell them you are thinking about spending a million dollars so they will be sure to give it to you, but don’t give out your name. Tell them you want privacy.”
I am not passing judgment one way or another. But, in my experience, it is an odd situation.
