Hello,
I own a Drive-In and would like to buy or have a lease option on a small town theater. It can be runnning or closed and in need of repair or renovation.

The Forum Theatre in Metuchen New Jersey is being renovated as we speak. The Ritz Theatre in Elizabeth New Jersey has been renovated and I understand is now for sale. Both are listed here on CT.

There are a bunch of old theatres in Southern NJ for sale. The old Collingswood theatre. Or the Westmont theatre there is a small grass roots organization trying to save that one. Also there is an old theatre built in 1880 still standing that to many people do not know about. If interested let me know. Willing to help out in anyway.
