Rialto up for sale

SOUTH PASADENA, CA — The long dormant Rialto Theatre is up for sale by the family trust that’s held it for generations. Closed for the last 7 years and a key player in the revitalization of the community, there is hope that a new owner will bring it back to entertaining in some way. While Landmark still holds a lease for 10 years, they don’t anticipate that getting in the way of future plans.
