Automaticket machines for sale

Original Christie 35MM cinema projectors (2)
While persuing a project for an instore ad, I came across two intact functioning Christie Projectors. I was able to turn them on and they worked. My brother and I removed them from what was once a movie theater in the Bronx, N.Y.. They are stored in a safe place and need a home or someone that produces 35MM movie shorts.
They were appraised by Cinemahouse of New York. The light power supply may need updating but the lamps and housing are functional.

Movie theater screen for sale
I have a 1 week old theatre screen I am selling. Viewing area measures 15' high by 28' wide. Overall dimensions are 18' high by 28'8" wide. Standard perferations and comes on a hollow steel roller tube. No frame. Small scuff mark on face of the screen that will come off with little effort.
This screen was purchased brand new, installed for one week and then removed. $3800 US. Located close to Seattle.

Norwalk Theatre for sale
NORWALK, OH — The Norwalk Main Street Theatre is for sale or lease/option. The theatre was built in 1941 by architect John Eberson at 57 E. Main Street, Norwalk, OH.
Norwalk is located ½ way between Toledo (40 miles) and Cleveland (45 miles). It has one screen for movies and in the 1970’s a stage, sound/light board, dressing rooms and orchestra pit were added for live shows/concerts/events. It was built in the Art Deco style and that style has been retained. There are 700 seats on the main floor and 224 in the Balcony.The theatre is open and operational.

Historic Theatre on Route 66 for sale
NEEDLES, CA — The Needles Theatre/Masonic Temple was built in 1929 and has played a very big part in the social and cultural history of the city. After being vacant for several years and showing some signs of neglect, my wife and I purchased it from the city with the intent of initiating a downtown revitalization effort. After hundreds of hours of labor, our efforts have been slowed by the birth of our twins. We no longer have the luxuries of spare time to restore the theatre to its rightful place, thus we are reluctantly putting it up for sale.
Since we began our efforts, the El Garces Harvey House and Train Station (built in 1908)has begun renovation work to open as a luxury hotel and restaurant only one block away from the theatre. Also, this past Monday, the Palo Verde College has opened up their doors in the restored art deco style building that used be Claypool’s Department Store; it originally opened it’s doors in 1930 only one block away from the theatre.
