    Looking for L.I. theater to buy

    I’m interested in buying or leasing a cinema for music venue purposes in NYC as well as Long Island. I have done this with other locations and plan to keep the integrity of the theater even though my use will be for music. I’m looking for something that can be special, and I’ve got some great investors behind me. Please if you might have something.

    Portland, Oregon Theater for sale

    My theater, The Mt. Tabor Theater is for sale if anyone is looking for one :)

    I have the original plans for when it was built in 1913. Pretty cool stuff with the actual back drops and music pit. This place has some amazing details built in. Also, the original seats are in the attic where there are the old projectors, like it stood still in time.

    Theater seats wanted

    Wanted: 21+ Cast iron pre-deco theatre seats. I am currently designing a stage production of “Gypsy” and I am trying to do a front row of all vintage theater seats to lend a vaudeville touch to our black box theater. Ideally I would want something with a red or gold upholstered seat and wooden backs but I would be happy to hear about anything that is available.

    The budget is tight and I would have to get the seats to Wisconsin. But again, I would love to hear about anything that is out there.

    The Princess Theater is for sale

    The historic Princess Theater in Downtown Columbus, Mississippi is for sale. I purchased the theater in early 2006. When we bought it, it was a shell of a building, which we have rendered fully functional. We use it mostly as a music venue, but we have also shown movies and plays.

    It is 18,000 square feet and is rated to hold over 1000 occupants. It also has a bar/coffee shop in the front and a liquor store on the other side in the front. We now have a fully functioning sound system and light board. We can show movies, plays and concerts.

    All equipment and businesses are owned by me and they are available in a package deal for under $500,000.
