Looking for Theater to Purchase!!!
Looking for a small to mid-sized(75-400 seats) theater to create a new independent theater for film, stage, & live music events. I also would like to add a kitchen to provide a full restaurant menu & bar. Single or Multi-Screen Venue.
Looking in areas(NC & SC) such as: Charlotte, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, & Columbia.
Able to do some restoration, but would like to find a theater that does not need more than 30% of restoration work done for it.
