AMHERST, MA — We have approximately 550 vintage 1940s era Art Deco seats for sale. All are a nice bright red. They have heavy duty cast iron legs and arms, metal seat backs and buckets, and wooden arm rests. The cushions are leatherette (seats) and fabric (backs) and were re-upholstered in the 1980s.
Seats measure 19" x 19", with total back height 30" from floor. They are internally spring-loaded and fold when not in use. They have been taken apart into sets of 3 and 4. Condition is fair to good. We are asking $20 per seat, and will consider other offers, particularly if you take all of them.

EL DORADO, AR — The beautiful 1929 Art Deco Rialto Theatre is for sale on eBay. The Rialto currently functions as a three-screen first-run movie theatre. Its balcony has been divided into two 100-seat auditoriums and the downstairs remains a 400-seat venue.
The Rialto Theatre is on the National Register of Historic Places, and is unique in the mid-south as to its condition and significance. This Historic theatre has been well maintained and remains in fair-good condition.
The Theatre is currently under lease with a regional movie chain. This lease expires October 31, 2006 and has an option to renew for an additional two years at $2000 per month. This lease is a net lease with the Lessor being responsible for the structural parts of the building including the roof, and the Lessee being responsible for all other charges, including utilities.

BEAVER FALLS, PA — The Granada Theatre, an Art Deco jewel built in 1931, is once again offered for sale at $119,000.
The mostly original facade provides a fitting entrance to the grand stage area. Much of the interior architecture around the stage area remains intact, albeit in need of tender loving care.
Local historians have documented old photos of the theatre in its heyday, and blueprints of the facade are available.
Beaver Falls is located 35 miles northwest of the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, PA in the gently rolling hills of western Pennsylvania. It is approximately four miles from the Pennsylvania Turnpike near the Ohio border.

ODESSA, TX — Barry Lee sent us this note about a movie theater for sale in Odessa…
J&J Reality is the one selling the property. From what I could see on Cinematour website, the phone number is listed. In one of the photos, pretty clearly its run down, but someone with the proper cash could I guess restore it. I think it has three screens. A direct link is listed below.
