This cinema shoube label “open”. the Movieworld will reopen to 6/27/2008 with new sound and new seating in three of the 7 theaters .*The rest will be completed later on. The showtimes is publish in today'ss NY Post' s. Will check up and report on the condicion with the new management
I heard news that the theater will open again soon , by one of the partners of the Cinemaword chain of Corum and Mastic before they split up and became independant. . Please let them redo the complex with better seats, new carpet and maybe implode the # of theaters to 4 or 5
Good news Bow tie cinemas will take contol of Thee theater as of 4/11/08 . They will put in new seats and concessiond counter but will let the American remain a true cinema treasure
