Okay here we go there was three DI’s in Bryan, TX. The Skyway, Skyway Twin and the Circle. All run by Schulman Theatres. The address given 2080 E. 29th Street, Bryan,TX 77802 is for the Skyway Twin. The address for the Skyway DI is unknown at this time.
That is the correct address for the DI. It could be 84th & Spring St. also. I think it was opened in 1957. The DI was not exactly at the intersection. When it was built maybe the drive-in was the only thing at the location.
There was Park-In DI listed in 1951 located in Mt. Healthy, Ohio. In 1952 they were both listed, the Park In and Mt. Healthy DI’s. So I’m thinking they are both the same one and Park In was renamed to Mt Healthy DI. In 1953 there is no Park In DI listed. The Mt. Healthy DI is on my to-do list for research
Rushed open in the fall of 1948 at less than half its eventual capacity, the next year it was full-size, with new ramping and man-made moonlight. It didn’t get in-car speakers until 1952, though. Original operator was Reginald Fuller.
Just added a aerial from 2000. It is sad they torn the drive-in down with all the vacant land around it. You would think they would have built on the vacant land verses the drive-in. Maybe the owners wanted to get out of the drive-in theatre business also.
I stopped in and took some pictures of the Ruskin Drive-In. Also, I talked to Ted and Karen Freiwald the owners. They are very nice people and love to talk about the drive-in. If you need to find out anything about drive-in theatres in Florida, Ted is your man.
In looking aerials it was gone by 1962.

W Green St. & US 5 Unionville, MO 63565 is the address.
Holloway Dr. & US 60 Business, Willow Springs, MO 65793 will work the best.

The grand opening says 30th and Plum St. It is better if you can to use cross streets with Goggle maps. They are off sometimes..

17680 Township Highway 166, Arlington, OH 45814 is the correct address. Sometimes Goggle maps are off.
Sometimes Goggle does not map to the address’s out in the country. It is better to use cross streets in this case:

Just posted the opening day movie ad. I hope somebody went and took pictures and documented the drive-in before it got demolished.
