The DeSanes returned to Long Island to have a new baby girl. Congratulations to them.
I saw this theatre in 2002 and 2003 and I predict that at $445,000.00, this theatre will still be for sale many years from now. The only motel was converted into condo’s so I don’t think one could count on too many tourist’s admissions.

1) Installation of sewers in the spring of 2005
2) Approval of Belleayre Resort in the spring of 2005

Fleischmanns Theater is now under new management. Jennifer and John DeSane have purchased the building and have begun the restoration process. The theater will be open for the 2004 Summer Season operating as a movie theater. In 2005, following some renovations, the theater will operate on a year-round basis as a performing arts center.
