This site is very well done, you can find pictures and historical informations about more than hundreds past and present theatres from the capital city of Europe also known as the heart of the “art nouveau”.
Carlisle Theatre
Built in 1939, Carlisle Theatre is a classic art-deco movie house. The Theatre is operated by Carlisle Regional Performing Arts Center, Inc., which is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization run mainly by volunteers. During the fall, winter and spring live shows are presented, approximately 1 a month, and Foreign and Independent films run year-round. A weekly e-newsletter is available to keep up-to-date on theatre happenings.

Recent Photographs of Los Angeles Architecture
The site has a nice collection of photos of many significant Los Angeles area architectural landmarks, old and new, including many classic theaters, all as they look today. The collection can be perused through a list of architects, or a list of buildings. There is also an interactive map of downtown Los Angeles, showing the locations of all the featured buildings in that district.
TIME Theater
The TIME Theater in Mattoon, Illinois is the premire concrt venue in Coles county. The newly opened balcony is great for viewing the bands every weekend. Check us out!
Theatre Organs Under the Southern Cross
A growing resource of detailed information about theatre organs (and the buildings that house(d) them) in the Southern Hemisphere. Also includes the Virtual Radiogram - around 300 theatre organ recordings from USA, UK and Australia from discs and broadcasts 1924-c.1950, for those who want to know how these organs sounded in the “Golden Age”. Overall, a huge site that is constantly expanding and hopefully one day will be completed!
