I own the Regent Theater in Wellington Kansas and we have had the theater listed on this website for awhile. The theater used to be a Vaudville theater. We are currently showing movies. We have also had dinner theater and concerts. Price is negotable Please email me if you would like more info.

FOR SALE: Regent Theatre in Wellington, Kansas. Renovated in 2002. Now fully operating Dinner Theater and Restuarant. Seating Capacity 300. Movie screen and all projection equipment still intact! 3 bedroom apartment in the back. Selling because of poor health.

The building was orginally built around 1914. Much of the historic detail has been preserved.

Could sell with or without restuarant equipment.

I am the current owner of the Regent Theater in Wellington Kansas.
Yes we do own a Bakery and it is located in the Regent Theater.
We also provide Dinner Theater and Banquet Room Rental. We would like to also show Classic Movies. If anyone has a good lead to a broker of Classic Movies, I would be greatful! Thanks
