Does any one know if the Los Angeles Theatre has a historical record keeper? Maybe then we will know what the cylinders were used for.

Also if you compare the shot of the urinals from the link above(the black and white picture) to the shot of the urinals ( the one on the offical page) here`s the kicker, thay are not their thay were removed . Thank you for you time :)

Another thought that comes to mind is that if their were enuf cars you could get a spot in the right angle that would put you in the right angle to view the left and the right side of the screens in other words 2 for 1 so to speak .

Also, who recalls sitting in the back of a pick up truck on lawn chairs. We some times had a inflatabel air matress that was fun good times. Thank you for you times.

Their is a listing for a “RIO” theatre but it is located in
Chicago Hights Illinois and the listing for the seats is something like 250 or 750?

This CHICAGO THEATRE started out to be called “CAPITOL” it is on the 1st plans of construction but now it is known as the CHICAGO.

I hope that you find what you are loking for and thank you for your time.

I (my self) find that the MEZZANINE in “N” is a good place to sit “N” is in the center of the mezzanine.

The Mezzanine is located below the Balc and a bove the main floor, you can connect to the CHICAGO THEATRE web site from this CT page.

Good luck and have a great time, it is a wonderfull theatre. : )

All i have to say is GREAT!!!

It is a wonderful theatre it is hard to grasp that it has only 2200 seats it looks like a 4000 or more seat palace.
Great just great.!!!

TRAINMASTER : The CHICAGO THEATRE and the ORIENTIAL THEATRE are still standing thay are centers for preforming arts.

THE ORENTIAL is now call “ORENTIAL THEATRE FORD CENTER FOR THE PREFORMING ARTS” it was a joint efford between the CITY of CHICAGO, a production comp LIVE VENT and the FORD MOTOR COMP. .
It is now opperated by ‘'brodway in chicago’‘ the profiles for the ORENTIAL and the CHICAGO can be seen right here on CT .

For years the ORENTIAL was shuddered but now it it back to the glory.
I was part of the FOH (front of house staff) when it was being brought back.

The CHICAGO now does concerts and special events you can even book it (if i am right) for wedding receptions!

It was on the Connon O`brian show i think last summer.
Some work to the marquee and a new vertical sign (the old one was in bad shape) but on summer nights that area is lit up like Las Vagas , but it is still not the was it used to be something like 5 city blocks nothing but LIGHTS and NEON great times !!!!

Thank you for you time
