The Dunbar is being converted into Condos. I was by there in November and saw that the roof had been replaced and the interior work was coming along. If you have 200 thousand plus you can get a place there.
As a child I would spend my summers in Asland on my Grandparents farm. A small and decent theatre. During the 70’s The Ashland showed first run movies. During the 80’s it would become a second run dollar movie house. I belive the Rock Horror Pitcure Show ran there for several years.
The Senator now is home to a beauty supply shop and a Subway sandwich shop. The facade is still there but the top half of the theatre was lopped off to allow for the retail stores.

The Tivoli restoration is almost complete. In fate the marquee and the theatre was lighted for the first time in over 25 years just last week.
