Ridgewood Theatre located on Kingsley & First Street in the Ridgewood Shopping Center, Garland Texas. CLOSED. This Theatre has been Closed for some 20 Years from what We were told. Back in June of 2007, the Theatre was in the process of being turned into a Spanish Club, but The Club never took off from what I can tell as it is still closed, sitting idle.. The Ridgewood Theatre originally opened in December of 1967.. Closing Sometime in the 1990’s I believe.. The Ridgewood Shopping Center was built in 1960.
