Original neon design was reconstructed by Dana Eberly; original-ish colors and marquee were the work of John Rankin of the Flying Arts Ranch. Project was undertaken by the Ritzville Downtown Development Association.
Top of the mast blue and red are original 1937 neon, with the red consisting of a ruby glass tube.
