Chalet Theaters has NOT purchased the Historic Orpheum Theater. Chalet Theaters offered a “Lease to Purchase” option which was considered by the owners (me being one of the owners), but Chalet Theaters rescinded their offer BEFORE any contracts were signed. Therefore, the Orpheum Theater is still FOR SALE!! For more information regarding the purchase of this beautiful theater please contact Kristy Trevathan of Prestige Realty at (573) 221-8171 or go to the listing on EBAY.
