This is the official publicity photo for the grand reopening. The reopening of the theatre was achieved by gifts from residents of the Waynesboro and surrounding areas. The theatre received more than $600,000 in contributions towards the building’s purchase and renovation. The tenant of the building (High Rock) contributed more than $250,000 towards the renovation and equipment. The result is nothing short of spectacular. This single screen auditorium boasts the best picture and sound quality available anywhere. The concession area features all the regular amenities plus free refills on popcorn and soft drinks. Prices are reasonable and the staff is polite and responsive. The photograph was commissioned by the Waynesboro Community Theatre Project © 2015.
