The large red brick building is known as the Red Mans Lodge building. According to a 1890 map of the area the main floor housed a furniture store and grocery store in 1890. Next door was lot 618 which is the address for the Gem Theatorium. The building was erected sometime between 1890 – 1908. In 1908 the building housed the theater either entirely on the main floor or in part. The building is subdivided today.
