The Boulevard in Brookline did not go by the “Boulevard” name until 1937, when remodeled and reopened by Warner Bros. I think this building was located somewhere near Philadelphia, as I keep finding articles from that part of the state naming a theater by that name, but have not been able to find any other information on it yet.
This is the oldest known picture of The Hollywood Theater. McFadden’s Flats ran there the week of May 29th, 1927. Tickets were 30 cents, 15 cents children under 13.
