I grew up on Martyn’s avenue and have very early memories of playing there in the mid 1970’s. I sure it was demolished by 1980. It’s was an open patch of ground for many years with some low walls remaining from the original theatre for many years. Maybe it was 2001 when the ground was finally completely cleared.
