This was located on the right side of the entrance of the Stanley where the 4 person Box Office used to be. The Fallout Shelter sign was located just above the Coming Attractions box.
A fallout shelter is an enclosed space specially designed to protect occupants from radioactive debris or fallout resulting from a nuclear explosion.
