The Grand was converted to digital projection at the end of July 2013 and continues showing movies at 7 and 9 PM Friday and Saturday, 7 PM Sunday and Monday.
I am the manager of the Grand Theatre and just wanted to mention we hope to make the digital conversion in March, 2013 , following a successful $115,000 community fundraising effort during the past year.
The Canby Theatre has been closed for a few months. The community is looking into a digital upgrade but nothing is definite yet.
