RENTON, WA — Hello. Thought I would post this for the industry. Feel free to email me with any suggestions or ideas. Owner would like to find a quality operator.
Turnkey 8 cinema standalone multiplex available for lease in Renton, Washington. Will be available in Nov 2009.
Close to Seattle at the junction of I405 and SR 167. Very high daytime and nighttime traffic counts.
It’s operating now and has a motivated landlord looking for a quality operator.
The owner’s ideal preference is a local or national operator of second run movies.

Yeh but isn’t Renton already way overscreened now?
A bit…saw this coming.
I was in that house when I lived in Kent. Nice theatre with great potential. Renton is only overscreened if you play what everyone else is playing. It needs an independent, thinking, creative operator who is willing to develop an audience for some of the other films that are made around the world. There are large ethnic populations there.

Renton WA does indeed have a large ethnic population. Great traffic, daytime nighttime population.
