AMC’s only DFW-area duplex opened Nov. 10 1971 with the first run Joe Hill and the second-run Carnal Knowledge at the Preston Center 2 Theatres at Northwest Highway and Preston on Villanova St. The theater did a ten-year lease with a slight extension closing as the AMC Park Cities Two Theatres art house.
