When Maggie Scott, President of Scott Theaters Circuit Inc., launched the $800,000 Scott Theater in downtown Odessa, she said it had the world’s only spinning marquee, the world’s largest snack bar, the world’s finest seating, but only the world’s second largest indoor screen. The 87' screen was said to be second only to Radio City Music Hall and had the Grande Drape, a maroon curtain with gold trim
