Frank C Martin opened the Princess Theatre in 1912 in Clifton, Arizona. But in 1940 he decided the theatre couldn’t be updated anymore. The Princess Theatre building was converted to O'Connell’s Men’s Shop opening in 1941. Here’s a silent era shot of the Princess in Clifton.
