“April 25, April 26 1957; Highway 25; Valley Highway; Stop Sing!; Every tenth car that crosses the newly opened E. Evans Ave. bridge between noon and 1 p.m Saturday will receive two free passes to the Valley Drive-In Theater from Miss Gloria Engell, a Patricia Stevens model. The Valley is located at 6360 E. I think this might the actoress now known as Georgia Engel who was on “The Mary Tyler Moore Show”(playing Georgette Franklin Baxter)?
The late Georgia Engel (a fine comic actress) was eight years old when this photo was printed, so that’s not her.
By the way, Getty Images is licensing this old Denver Post photo, so my advice would be to either give Getty a few hundred dollars to reuse it or just enjoy looking at it here.
