I guess the re model people will wait till the last week before re opening in mid Sept 2018 to polish up the classic ever leaking terrazzo entrance were the boxoffice once stood. This fake front was put up when the did a mini remodel after the Cinerama 70mm people people left and It became a legit house with the opening of Chorus Line. Working at a local TV station then I did a small news feature on the re opening.
