Once a grand movie palace on SF’s Market Street like so many other cinemas in SF was town down many years ago for a parking car lot. Now no more parking and no more movies as a big new building is going in the same long vacant spot. The last part of this theatre will soon be covered over forever with a new building till the big quake comes someday and It will sit empty for another 40 years.
