White City Theatre in Shrewsbury, MA in 1967 shown in this out-of-focus background of an otherwise excellent photo of the Brooks School win of the coxed-4 crew race in spring 1967. Although out of focus, “HAWAII” is legible on the marquis. My late father-in-law, French teacher Hal Gifford, took this photo. I’m digitally archiving his photos and this one was a mystery until Google directed me to cinematreasures.org. I post this fuzzy bit of history as a thank-you. -Dan Axtell
