The original name of this theatre was the Berbig Theatre which opened in 1922 with seating for 480 patrons. Current seating is shown as 180 seats.

There was also a Malco Twin Cinema at 921 W. Poplar St., I can't find any info on the Malco, anyone have any info that they can submit the theatre.
