This theater was operating as of 1928 under the name Ritz Theater. The name was later changed to Park Theater. It primarily showed B-movies and westerns.

It was still operating as the Ritz Theater in Film Daily Yearbooks 1940 through 1950.

A Kilgen theater organ opus 3933 size 2/4 style U09 was installed in the Ritz Theater in 1927 at a cost of $5,791.50.
