This theater, the last of four in Harriman, closed in 2001. However, it is being restored by actor Muse Watson (the guy with the hook in "I Know What You Did Last Summer"), who lives in the area, and plans to reopen it sometime this fall as a movie house and performing arts center

Here is a May 27, 2008 article about the Princess Theater. The article gives a seat count of 900. In case the link expires, here is some information:

"First opened in 1926, the Princess was damaged by fire six years later and destroyed by a blaze in 1939.
It was rebuilt in 10 months with an Art Deco design, courtesy of Paramount Studios.
During World War II, while the secret city Oak Ridge was under construction a few miles away, there were three showings a day, each one sold out, Baker said.

The theater screened its last movie in 1999, when the man who leased the building retired".

The Princess Theater is listed in the 1955 Film Daily Yearbook with 854 seats.

OK Patsy I will.Check out the Princess Theatre Nashville,Tennessee,the New Princess became the Crescent and then LOEWS CRESCENT that i used to work at.
