This theater opened in 1921 and was also known as the Fenway. In 1959 this was billed as a Skouras house and was showing neighborhood runs. It was demolished and replaced by housing.

A Wurlitzer organ Opus 492 Style 160 was installed in the Benenson Theater on 11/29/1921.
