Single-screen theater that recently was remodeled for stadium seating. Currently shows a mix of family films, first-run product, and some move-over from the nearby Regal 10. Built originally in the late 1940's. The operators of this theater also run the Sunset Drive-In in San Luis Obispo.

Photo of the Fair Oaks Theatre and one of the auditorium. There was also a Fair Oaks Theatre in Fair Oaks, does anyone know anything on that one.

The Fair Oaks Theater is listed in 1955 with 420 seats.
