Non-descript porn outlet operated for years with one admission for both screens, usually gay porn on one side. In 1970 it went first run for Jack Palance's "Che!" after the local chains would not touch the film for fear of retribution from the politically charged Cuban community. Wolfies was (is?) across the street.

This opened as the Fine Arts in 1963 with Jewish Vaudeville and a movie. It slowly moved to burlesque and soft-core porn films and was the 21st Street theatre by 1969.

That must have been a hostile crowd for Che!. In the real Che's native Argentina, audience members would throw motolov cocktails at the screen from their disgust of the film.
