This theater opened as part of a new performing arts center in South Orange called SoPAC as part to compete with NJPAC and BergenPAC. This is Clearview's newest theater, catering to the college crowd from Seton Hall. It is competing with West Orange's Essex Green (by AMC), and East Orange's Hollywood Cinemas (independently owned).
