Listed in editions of Film Daily Yearbook in 1941 & 1943 as the 300 seat Princess Theater. In the 1950 edition of Film Daily Yearbook it had been re-named Chief Theater with a seating capacity given as 310. The former Chief is now the Hobo Museum.

This is an article about the Hobo Museum. The article claims that this theater building was built in 1912 and was known as the Princess Theater. The name was changed to the Chief Theater in the 1940s.

There was also a Fox Theatre at 95 Main Street, Does anyone have info on the Fox?
