This storefront theatre was originally built as the Egyptian Theatre in 1914. Eventually it became part of the Atlas Theatre Company chain and was known as the Holiday Theatre, and continues with its script marquee today, although since closing as a movie theatre in the 1980's, it is now used as a restaurant.

If this listing is up to date, the building is currently occupied by a Mexican restaurant.

The point is, which listing is accurate. It might be a restaurant, but which one? Those databases are not kept up to date.

I agree. I don't know which one is more up to date. The Google photo showed Potzcuaro's Restaurant, or something close to that.

Now we have three restaurants at this address. They must be very small. This photo is supposed to be a 1923 photo of an Egyptian Theater in Denver. Try matching it to one of the recent photos on Google maps.

The two buildings look the same.

The Google photo might be old because the Patzcuaro restaurant has an address of 2616 W 32nd Ave, Denver, CO 80211. Maybe that one moved out of the building and one of the others moved in. In any event, its a Mexican restaurant with one of those above names. Nice work.

Haven't visited that neighborhood in a long time, but here's a view of the marquee - all that was left of the theater - in 1997:
