The Capitol Theatre was located across the street from the Strand Theatre. It was in operation prior to 1941 and in the 1940's was operated by Paramount Pictures Inc. through their subsidiary H.F. Kincey. It was still open in 1950. The building is now occupied by a Family Dollar Store.
