The Fit Mart Mall is the least popular of the shopping malls in Koronadal City as it is located well away from the city centre on the General Santos side of the city.

The mall contains a shopping centre, conference centre plus a four screen multiplex that was opened in 2003, and is built in the Philippine organic style, that is to say yet another concrete rectangular box.

Currently (in 2009) the cinema only seems to be using the smaller screens numbered 1, 2 and 4.
