This early Rockford theater, located on Main Street, was opened in 1906 as a vaudeville house. It later switched over to movies. The Orpheum closed in 1937 and has long since been demolished.

A Barton theater organ was installed in the Orpheum Theater in 1925. Note: Dividend manual.
