Lincoln Theater

A small theater next to the Savoy Theatre, across Lincoln Place. The Lincoln Theatre opened in 1914. It was last operated by the Interboro chain, and was closed in 1953.

Now demolished, a service station now operates from the site.

From Boxoffice magazine, 1/9/38:

The Lincoln, 1521 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn, which was closed on December 19 by Benley Theaters, Inc., was opened Christmas day by the Interboro Circuit, previous operators of the theater.
