A small theater next to the Savoy Theatre, across Lincoln Place. The Lincoln Theatre opened in 1914. It was last operated by the Interboro chain, and was closed in 1935.

Now demolished, a service station now operates from the site.

On October 12, 1926 a C/O was issued for an altered building at this address. Purpose of building: 548 seat motion picture theater. Apparently this theater opened before 1926.
