Originally known as Foresters Hall, then the Forest Theatre. Built circa 1912. In 1916 bought by JB Fox and renamed the Fox Theatre. Remodeled in 1925 (adding the aforementioned Moller organ). Remodeled again in 1929 after a minor fire. Closed in the late 1950s and burned down as lostmemory notes above.

Strange Lost Memory, the 1970 Film Daily Yearbook still lists this theater. Also listed in the 1944 FDY with 1228 seats.

A Moller organ, opus 4085, was installed in this theater in 1925.

On January 6, 1964 the Fox theater was destroyed in a fire. “The fire started in an area near the theater’s projection room. The nearly block-long building housed the spacious theater behind a row of stores including Milavasky’s Home Furnishings, Brumberger’s Confectionery, the Rendfrey & Siegfried Photo Studio, Jerry Merlino’s Barber Shop, Bogg’s Soda Store and Capparelli’s Shoe Repairs”.
