Located two blocks east of the Pearl River Theater, this was “newer” but not necessarily better than its neighbor to the west. Valued more as a community hangout than an architectural icon, built of concrete block in 60’s plain architecture, it too couldn’t survive Palisades Center. A Commerce Bank branch now stands on the site.
