Saw an ad announcing it’s opening on April 21, 1950: “Free in-car heaters…Visit the Monkey Village”. The Eatontown Drive-In was a Walter Reade Theatre.

The property is now in use as a mobile home park.
Car capacity was 800.

Thanks to the aerial shot, we can say it is not the site of a mobile home park. The park is to the North of the old drive-in. And they existed at the same time as well.
There looks to be a series of octo-plexes where the old drive was.
