@TomMc11 That is not the Drive In sign. That sign was left behind when the Hills department store abandoned. the building on the NW side of the lot was the location of the department store in the 1980s.

It looks like the old marquee is still in use, for Planet Fitness. Very tall sign with a swooping arrow pointing in the direction of the old DI.
I saw “That Darn Cat” here as well, along with other such Disney live-action “gems” which were about the only movies our grandparents would take us kids to see.
We used to eat at the Shoney’s across Lebanon Rd., and I’d sit at the window staring across, hoping to catch a glimpse of something racy on the screen when they were showing an R-rated film.
Listed at this address now is Shear Perfection Barber Shop and Steel Magnolilas Salon and Gift Boutque.
Saw “That Darn Cat” here as kid in our 1962 Chevy II station wagon sitting on the tailgate. Back then the address really was Lebanon Road rather than Lebanon Pike.
